Let Only Service
We market the property, find suitable tenants and draw up agreements - see our 8 step guide.
We then take a deposit. We aim to transfer the funds to you within 5 days.
Once a tenant is in occupation of the property you take over the management and maintainance of the property.
Our Charges
An initial charge of 75% of one months rental
Additional Charges
Issuing any (and each additional) notice: £50.00
Renewal of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements requested by the landlord (subsequent to the initial letting of the property): £50.00
Please note: charges are subject to the addition of V.A.T
